The Top 12 is a professional rugby union league in Lisander, being the higher level in the Lisander rugby union system. Contested by 12 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with LRU Championship, the second division. It has been brought up by the Lisander Rugby Union in an effort to capitalize in the growth of rugby union popularity after the professionalization of the sport, and popularize the sport outside the Soria metropolis, that had been the epicentre and the container of rugby union in the nation since the late 1800s.
