The '''2024-25 Central Regional Baseball League''' season was the 28th season of the [[Central Regional Baseball League|CRBL]] and the first one since the founding of [[Ysqsylandia|the Jingoistic States of Ysqsylandia]]. This competition features clubs from the southern portion of the country. The season comprised a 90-game round-robin tournament, with a play-off series featuring the top fiveteams.

The season finished with the [[Mytilene Sport Club]] winning the CRBL Finals for the second time in a row. This time, they beat the [[Ithaca BC|Ithaca Rabbits]] 4 games to 2.

==League news==
*The postseason play-offs were expanded from four teams to five. The CRBL chose the [[wikipedia:Top-five play-offs|McIntyre final five]] system, "so as to not devalue the regular season games". According to them, as an example, the team finishing 5th out of 10 would have to beat every other play-off team, as opposed to a top 2 team, which could win the tournament by winning only two series.
*At the end of the season, because of the [[Northern Baseball League]] folding, the CRBL announced that two teams from that league would join in season 2025-26: the [[Ysqsy City Capitals]], from [[Ysqsy City]]; and the [[Matria Motherland]], from [[Matrax]], [[Matria|province of Matria]].

==Format==
The regular season had 10 teams participating in a single group, in which every team played each other 18 times, for a total of 90 games. The top five would qualify to the post-season play-offs.
