The '''Akach national football team''' represents [[Akach]] at football and is controlled by the [[Federation Akachese de Football]] (FAF), the governing body for football in Akach. The current team manager is [[Henri Bocandé]]. The national team first played an international football match many years ago, but only tracks its history since 2306. This timing coincides with the opening of their current home stadium; [[Léopold Touré Field]], at [[Emekula Community Sports Arena]], in the [[Iton Valley]] region of Akach.

Akach primarily contest events organised by the [[Democratic Socialist Assembly Football Federation]] (DSAFF), namely the [[DSAFF Comrades Cup|Comrades Cup]] every summer, and the [[DSAFF Frost Cup|Frost Cup]] every winter. On their first entry to the Comrades Cup, in [[2023 DSAFF Comrades Cup|2023]], Akach emerged as the champions, defeating [[Ukotrium]] (UEC) 4-2 in [[2023 Comrades Cup final|the final]].
