If the logo file (which can be whatever image format you prefer, though it is recommended to use PNG or SVG) has not yet been uploaded, it will appear as a red link on the page when you submit changes or preview. Click the red link to go to the upload page. Select your file from your local machine, add any relevant notes (e.g. AI attribution where applicable) and submit.

Next you will need to add categories to the file itself. To do this, click on the image in the gallery section. If it just appears larger in the page, click the "More Details" button in the bottom right corner to go to the actual file page. There, you can click "Edit Source" and add categories.

It is recommended that you add <nowiki>[[Category:Sponsor Logos]]</nowiki> as well as one indicating the country (e.g. <nowiki>[[Category:Osarian company logos]]</nowiki>) and another indicating the industry sector (e.g. <nowiki>[[Category:Electronics company logos]]</nowiki>). You can add whatever categories you like here, though. If "Sponsor Logos" is not added as a category, the logo will not appear on [[:Category:Sponsor Logos]] however.
