The Executive ~~Director~~ of the URSF is the executive head of the organisation and is responsible for the policy direction of the association and chairing ~~Executive Board~~ meetings~~. Day-to-day management of the URSF falls to the General Secretary, assisted by the Vice Secretary on procedural matters and the Treasurer on financial affairs~~.		The URSF has a figurehead President, appointed by the URSF Congress and almost always a prominent retired footballer. The day-to-day governance of the URSF is left to its Executive Board, which consists of members elected by the regional associations and representatives of "recognised stakeholders". The Chief Executive of the URSF is the executive head of the organisation and is responsible for the policy direction of the association and chairing URSF Council meetings.
