Tiebreakers

Standings in the group stage were determined as follows:

Points (3 for a win, 1 for a draw)

These tiebreakers we also used for the standings table, however the first tiebreaker for the placement table was group position so even if a team finished second with more points than a first place team in a different group they would be sorted lower.
