The 2039–40 Fleftic Premier League was the 46th season of the Fleftic Premier League and the nth season of top-flight Fleftic football overall. Ludogorets Markovsky entered as the three-time defending champions but were dethroned by Xemlice Rovers, who won the title on the last day of the season after a 3-2 win over Arsenal de Releinthi. This was Xemlice's second Fleftic Premier League championship and its tenth Fleftic championship overall and ended a 45-year title drought after Xemlice won in the inaugural season of the Fleftic Premier League.

Summary

Teams

Twenty teams competed in the league: the top seventeen teams from the previous season and three teams promoted from Unang Liga. The promoted teams were Uranium City Radiation, Fleftic Army, and Eielo Sunlight. Fleftic Army and Eielo Sunlight returned to the top flight after respective absences of two and one seasons. This was Uranium City Radiation's first season in the Fleftic Premier League and also their first season in the Fleftic top flight. They replaced Marinos Thimpodopoulos, Athletic Dorfdifving, and Gyouza Young Lads; who were relegated to Unang Liga after respective spells of two, three, and three seasons in the top flight.
