Tjorl, officially the Federal Republic of Tjorl, is a Nordic federal republic in northern Europe. It's territory is comprised of the westernmost portion of the Scandinavian peninsula and is bordered on the north by the Tjorlish Sea, on the south and west by the North Sea, and on the east by Norway. Tjorl covers 602,022 squared kilometers and has has an estimated population of 43 million. Tjorl is comprised of 18 states.

The arrival of Swedish conqueror Gustard Erkuston in 1600 started the 30 year long occupation of Tjorl. The predecessor to the modern nation of Tjorl gained their independence from Sweden in the city of Kjol on December 14, 1630. For 4 decades after independence, Tjorl was under a monarchy, led by the House of Auer. The monarchy was then forced to abdicate during the Freezing Revolution of November 1672. After the revolution, they became democratic. During the 1750s, they signed the Alscher peace agreement with Denmark, protecting one another despite different ways of ruling. They were neutral during World War 1 but were on the side of the Allies during World War 2 to help defend Norway and Denmark from the Germans.
