The Macbon national football team is the representative team of Macbon in international association football. It is currently organised by the Macbon Football Fedration, the current governing body for football in Macbon.

The Macbon national team traditionally wears Gold and green. The team's two colors originate from the national flag of Macbon.

Nickname
Macbon is often referred to by the media and supporters as I leoni (The Lions) because of representing bravery for the team as it the national animal in Macbon. Perhaps notably, the Macbon national football team has never received a consistent nickname from foreign media, despite its consistent presence at the upper echelons of international football. I leoni is only used sparingly by media from other nations, further cementing the team's status as nicknameless outside Macbon.
