Allows easy display of an IFCF competition link, using the competition abbreviation and cycle number.

Can also use IFCFcomp to get the same result.

Example usage

{{IFCF competition|SC|12}} or {{IFCFcomp|SC|12}} returns IFCF Super Cup 12

{{IFCF competition||17}} or {{IFCFcomp||17}} returns IFCF cycle 17
