Cup of Harmony 88 is an international football tournament which is going to be held in Tumbra. It is part of the World Cup 96 cycle and will include teams not qualifying for the finals.
Host selection
Two bids were submitted to host the Cup of Harmony. Following the preferential voting system specified by the World Cup Committee constitution, Tumbra were awarded the hosting rights.

Teams were allocated to four pots based on their world ranking at the end of qualification. The host nation, Tumbra, was qualified into the World Cup 96 and did not participate in the tournament.
