The following location map lineup examples were created using this tool.
To make your own, make a copy of the above googledoc, fill in the orange and red fields, then copy the green bit to the wiki (don't forget to remove the quote marks and extra lines at the bottom). If positioning isn't quite right you can edit the values at this point, too. I tried to give vaguely standardised positioning for each role so you'd at least have a starting point to jump off from.
If you get any redlinks in the lineup, this means either the player icons don't exist yet and you will need to upload them – the blank player icon can be found here, just change the colour(s) as appropriate – or you've linked to a player whose article doesn't exist yet (as in the example below).
