The 2036 Darmeni general election was held in Darmen on Tuesday, December 30, 2036. This was the first election for the Parliament of Darmen following the conclusion of the previously elected Constitutional Assembly's work and its production of the Constitution of Darmen.
The Movement for a New Darmen, led by Tor Tong Lee, finished in first place with 43 percent of the vote and 78 seats, four less than was needed to form a majority government. The Movement formed a coalition with two parties representing ethnic minorities: the Frente de la Libertad Valladar and the People's Party.
The Coalition of the Left, led by Yoram Nash, made significant gains from the previous elections, finishing in second place as positioning itself as the primary opposition party.
