The Squidroidian Super League, known as the Jecken Squidroidian Super League for sponsorship reasons, is the national top flight domestic football competition for the nation of Squidroidia. As of Season 3, 8 teams contest the top flight in a 28 game season, with the top 4 teams getting continental competition in the IFCF and FFI, and the bottom team being relegated to the 2nd division, the Squidroidian Challenge League. The 2nd bottom team participates in a promotion-relegation playoff group with the 2nd and 3rd place first teams in the Challenge League for a chance to stay up.
Season 1
The first season was contested with the 8 founding top flight teams. There was no promotion or relegation, and the season consisted of 14 games. Calamari Wanderers CFC won the title against Inkopolis FC on the final day.
Season 2
The second season saw the league introduce promotion and relegation as well as a 28 game season. Midnight Soccer Club were relegated to the Challenge League and fierce rivals Starlight Boulevard stayed up after winning the promotion-relegation group. FC Squidroidia Squidbreak, the nation's army team, won the league on the final day, again against Inkopolis FC.
