The World Grand Prix Two Season 5, usually shortened to WGP2 5 or WGP2 V, is an open-wheel racing category that serves as the second tier of open-wheel racing, below WGPC. As the championship is a spec series, all teams and drivers competing in the championship will run cars with the same specifications of tyres and engines.

Calendar
The fifth season of the WGP2 expected to feature a total of 13 weeks of racing, with 11 of which featuring Championship Races. The first two were test weeks. However, due to few teams still having open seats by the first racing weekend, the WGPO and the respective team owners decided to delegate the WGP2 race in Hodori as a non-championship race. Three WGP2 events (Baker Park, Aji no Moto and Lisander) have been set double-headers, with a feature-sprint race configuration. The WGPC organization published the following calendar, however, it's regarded as projected, not definitive [source].
