The 7th Winter Olympics was an international wintersports event held in Neverend, Liventia. It set a new record for participating countries with 71 national Olympic committees taking part in the Olympics. This marked the first time that Liventia hosted the Olympics; the following cycle would see that country host both the winter and summer Games.

Opening ceremony
- The ceremony was held at Stade Grande Olympique. Anthony Johnston, Liventia's first Paralympic gold medallist, lit the Olympic flame.

- Neverend Ski Resort - alpine skiing, biathlon, cross-country skiing, snowball fighting (demonstration)
- Neverend Ski Hill and Lodge - freestyle skiing, Nordic combined, ski jumping
- Neverend Olympic Park (also known as the Wonder Garden) hosted snowboarding in a temporary indoor facility, as well as medal ceremonies

- Neverend Curling Club - curling, figure skating, short track, speed skating
