The CMFA Mandalanusa Cup or commonly known as Mandalanusa Cup or informally as MAC, is the primary association football competition contested by senior men's national teams of the member of Confederation of Mandalanusa Football Association (CMFA) to determined the regional champion of Mandalanusa. Held annually after the NS World Cup, it was originally called Malay World Cup. It went through a couple of changes before using the current name. The nickname, MAC, comes from its former name, Melayu Archipelago Cup. The nickname stay in use despite the name change.
Until the 14th edition, 3 nations have won 2 titles, Ziwana, Sharktail and the latest, Pemecutan. While about 10 nations have won the title at least once. The 8th edition was a controversial one after Trolleborg won the title of the competition, making it the only invited team and non-Mandalanusa nation to ever win the title. Non-Mandalanusa nation have been barred to join the competition ever since.
