The Myrtle Beach football league system is a series of interconnected leagues for men's association football clubs in Myrtle Beach, in addition to one club from New Fernia. The system has a hierarchical format with promotion and relegation between leagues at different levels. The top three tiers of the system, levels 1–3, are organized by the Myrtle Beach Football Association (MFA), and the next two tiers after that, levels 4 and 5, are organized by the Union Football League as advised by the MFA. This is as far as the official pyramid goes. The total number of teams in the top five tiers is 112.

Past tier five, there are many regional leagues run by local football associations. The "extended official" pyramid released by the MFA in 2009 detailed levels 6–9 of the pyramid, which includes the highest level of amateur play (level eight).
