The CMFA Champions League 18 was the 18th edition of Mandalanusa's premier club football competition organized by CMFA and the 6th since the region change its name into Mandalanusa.
The final was played at the Estádio Nacional de Arra in Arrachai, Acastanha. The 18th final was contested by Acastanhada club Sporting Praia do Emerita and Pemecutanian club Pescam Campuhan, with the former winning 3-2 after extra time. It was Sporting Praia do Emerita first Mandalanusan title.
Sporting Arrachai was the defending champions having won their first Mandalanusan title in the previous edition. But they were failed to advance from the group stage after finished 4th in their group.
Each association is eligible to enter 4 of their top clubs based on the domestic league result into CMFA Champions League. In this edition, 7 associations had confirmed their participation.
Sporting Praia do Emerita reached their first final and the second consecutive final for Acastanhada club. Their opponent, Pescam Campuhan also experiencing their first final and the sixth Pemecutanian club final (not including final placement reached by Nilayam United). The match ended in a draw at the end of the full time. Sporting Praia do Emerita scored their winning goal in the extra time to claim their first title of the club and the second for Acastanha.
