The 2023–24 New Angus Challenge Shield was the ninth edition of the tertiary cup competition in New Angus.

16 clubs making up the top two divisions of the New Angus Football Association took part. Arbroath United were the defending champions.

First round

16 clubs entered the first round. The matches were held on 9 December 2023.
