Coquitlam United is a professional football club playing in the Kelssek Championship based in Coquitlam, a city in Konueira's Lower Lakeland metropolitan area. Their main rivals are their neighbouring city's Burnaby SC.

Notable former players include Banijan international Obey Chidiebere, who ended his playing career as part of the team that lost two matches in two weeks against their derby rivals Burnaby - which was the deciding match of the 66th KFL Championship and the 14th Patriotes Cup final. He went on to manage Latrobe Athletic to the league title.
