United Mandaran States competed at the Games of the XVIII Olympiads or popularly known as 18th Summer Olympics. This multisports event will be held in Hamilton, Electrum and Schimpol, Liventia from late August to early September 2028. This is UMS first appearance at the Summer Olympics Games as a unified country, although some of its constituent states have had competed previously. Pemecutan (including Manguwirajya, Petang Islands and Soracana Islands) was the most successful by collecting 96 medals from their 4 Summer Olympics appearance. Rarungan and Toluiwa each competed once at the XVI and XVII editions respectively. Rarungan success to win 7 medals while Toluiwa won 5 medals.

A total of 604 athletes are confirmed to participate in the Summer Olympics. An equal number for men and women at 302 each. These athletes will be competing in 23 sports. Compared to the previous participation by their constituent states, this by far the largest delegation both in term of number of athletes and number of sports participated.
