The 17th Summer Olympics (officially the Games of the XVII Olympiad) was an international multi-sport event held in New Oxford and Whitehaven in Ceni, and Jolbonopolis, Quebec and Shingoryeo. The opening ceremony was held simultaneously at New Oxford Coliseum and Jolbonopolis Coliseum. Events in 32 official and four demonstration sports were held over eighteen days. The demonstration sports were boccia, goalball, pickleball, and summer vigil fasting.

Ceni participated in the Olympics as part of the Afanc Strait Olympic Committee, which competes as a combined team composed of athletes from the independent countries of Ceni and New Gelderland. The Afanc Strait was thus considered the host NOC, although all events it was responsible for were held in Ceni.
