The 2039–40 Fleftic Premier League was the 46th season of the Fleftic Premier League and the nth season of top-flight Fleftic football overall. Ludogorets Markovsky entered as the three-time defending champions but were dethroned by Xemlice Rovers, who won the title on the last day of the season after a 3-2 win over Arsenal de Releinthi. This was Xemlice's second Fleftic Premier League championship and its tenth Fleftic championship overall and ended a 45-year title drought after Xemlice won in the inaugural season of the Fleftic Premier League.
