The Choppyhausen national football team represents Choppyhausen in international football competitions. It is governed by the Choppyhausenian Football Association (CFA). The team played its first match at the Independent Associations Championship 24. It celebrated its greatest success at the 87th Baptism of Fire, where it came in second place.

History

Choppyhausen played their first official international football match at the Independent Associations Championship 24 in Saterun in 2040 where they defeated Seeberg with 1-0.

In the same year, Choppyhausen participated in its first WCC-sanctioned tournament, the 87th Baptism of Fire in Banija, Farfadillis and Equestria. The team was placed in Group 7 and managed to win the group by goal difference after three match days. In the Round of 64 match against Yangchenia, Choppyhausen won comfortably with 3-0, progressing to the Round of 32 where they beat Khaelu 3-1 in extra time. Two wins against Merulla and Seeberg led the Choppyhausenian team to the semifinals where they barely won against Super Earth in the penalty shoot-out. The BoF final was held at the Stadium of the Two Sisters in Canterlot, Equestria where Choppyhausen was defeated by their opponents Shin-Zetsubo with 3-2 after extra time.
