Crater Field is a stadium in the city of Claviers, a rugged, mountainous town that is rumoured to have been the site of a meteorite impact in ancient times. Its high altitude gives it a bit of a colder microclimate than the rest of the nation, allowing for bracing winds. Crater Field has recently been refurbished, thanks in part to corporate funding obtained by its local wool mill. The hardy folk that live in Claviers are rapidly being pushed out by a new crop of younger people with big ideas, and the tight-knit stone terraces in what has only recently grown to be a city from a large town are rapidly being gentrified.
