The Polkopian Premier League (PPL; Polkopian: Pol'kopivskaya Premier Liga), also written as the Polkopian Premier Liga, is a professional association football league in Polkopia and the highest level of the Polkopian football league system. Established in 1932, the top flight was originally known as the Polkopian Super League until it was rebranded under its current structure and name in 1989.

There are 16 teams in the competition. The bottom two teams at the end of each season are relegated to the Polkopian First Division, while the 13th and 14th placed teams compete in a two-legged promotion/relegation playoff against the 4th and 3rd placed teams of the lower division, respectively. Top-performing clubs in the league earn qualification spots for continental club competitions.

Since the establishment of the modern Premier League era in 1989, FK Valinkova has been the most successful club, winning the title 13 times. They are followed by Peeto Gordost' with 10 titles and Peeto Korol with 7 titles. Lada Kirovski are the reigning champions, having won their second title in the modern era in the most recent season.
