Adding new companies and logos
Companies
To add a new company, you can follow the format of the existing rows in the table.

The above code block can be inserted at the correct position alphabetically — with adjustments made as necessary — to include the company in the table.
The AnchorText is usually just the company name, but you may need to add something (like the nation trigramme) to distinguish it from another company with the same name. Make a note of this if you are going to add a logo as well, you'll need it.
Permissions
To begin with, I have outlined permission definitions in the following ways:
- Free – You may use this company and logo as long as you follow the usage guidelines (if any)
- Notify – The user behind the company's nation should be notified. This may be for their own internal recordkeeping, or possibly to veto usage they deem unsuitable
- Request – You may not use this company or logo without explicit permission from the user behind the company's nation.
If none of these permission options match what you have in mind, feel free to create your own! Just add a new line to the list on the main page (at the top) to explain what you intend.
For example, maybe you add:
* Regional – May be used freely within nations in the same region as long as you follow the usage guidelines (if any)
Logos
The logo should then be added to the gallery in a similar way to company, noting that the value used for AnchorText in the companies table must match the AnchorText used in the gallery section

If the logo file (which can be whatever image format you prefer, though it is recommended to use PNG or SVG) has not yet been uploaded, it will appear as a red link on the page when you submit changes or preview. Click the red link to go to the upload page. Select your file from your local machine, add any relevant notes (e.g. AI attribution where applicable) and submit.
Next you will need to add categories to the file itself. To do this, click on the image in the gallery section. If it just appears larger in the page, click the "More Details" button in the bottom right corner to go to the actual file page. There, you can click "Edit Source" and add categories.
It is recommended that you add [[Category:Sponsor Logos]] as well as one indicating the country (e.g. [[Category:Osarian company logos]]) and another indicating the industry sector (e.g. [[Category:Electronics company logos]]). You can add whatever categories you like here, though. If "Sponsor Logos" is not added as a category, the logo will not appear on Category:Sponsor Logos however.
