Creates a sidebar navbox for "cycles". For creating a year nav box (e.g. "2023 in {subject}") see Template:Year nav topic.
Usage
The template expects two parameters: the cycle number, and the topic. It then extrapolates three cycles either side and generates the correct links.

If no topic is passed, the template assumes World Cup.
{{Cycle nav topic|69}} or {{cnav|69}} returns the top navbox on the right.
If no cycle number is passed, the template will not function correctly.
{{Cycle nav topic||IFCF}} or {{cnav||IFCF}} returns the middle navbox on the right.
If no parameters are passed at all, the output defaults to World Cup 4 as the middle competition cycle.
{{Cycle nav topic}} or {{cnav}} returns the bottom navbox on the right.
