The Martian Independent Republic

the Martian Independent Republic is a confederation of fifteen settlements (known as bases) scattered throughout Mars, with additional territory in Anaia (Martian Anaia). Unlike most other nations, the only way out of the Martian Independent Republic is through a portal to Anaia, and as such the nation is considered to be part of Anaia for sporting purposes.
