The 2023–24 New Angus League Cup was the ninth edition of the secondary cup competition in New Angus.
16 clubs making up the top two divisions of the New Angus Football Association took part. Broughty Ferry were the defending champions.

Final
The final was held between the two semi-final winners. The match was played at the Dùn Dè National Stadium.
Dundee Athletic were crowned champions after a fantastic 4 - 0 win, Thomas Mikkel getting a hat trick.
