The 2026 M1 League was the first edition of United Mandaran top level domestic football league. It is sanctioned by AMFA. The league is a merger of 6 previous independent leagues. Those leagues are continued to exist as the lower level of the United Mandaran football pyramid system.
On 12 September, Pesub Ubung lift the first trophy of the league following a 2-0 win against PSS Selaparang.
Teams
Twelve teams were selected to participate. Pemecutan have the most with 4, followed by Cakranegara and Toluiwa. Both with 3 teams each. Soracana Islands and Manguwirajya completed the league with 1 club each.
