The 19th CMFA Champions League was the 19th edition of Mandalanusa's premier club football competition organized by CMFA and the 7th since the region change its name into Mandalanusa.
The final was played at the Tegeh Kori National Stadium in Puradhipa, Pemecutan. Estadio Nacional de Arra in Arrachai, Acastanha was the original final venue. But due to the breakout of Kolanos War, the final match was move to Pemecutan. The 19th final was contested by Pemecutanian club Pescam Campuhan and Acastanhada club Porto Espinhosa FC., with the former winning 2-1. For Pescam Campuhan, this was their first Mandalanusan title following their final defeat last edition.
Sporting Praia do Emerita was the defending champions having won their first Mandalanusan title in the previous edition. But they were defeated by the eventual runner-up Porto Espinhosa FC. in Quarterfinal.
Each association is eligible to enter 4 of their top clubs based on the domestic league result into CMFA Champions League. In this edition, only 4 associations that confirmed their participation.
Pescam Campuhan reached their second consecutive final of CMFA Champions League, and they face another Acastanhada delegation. Porto Espinhosa FC. enter the final for the first time and the third consecutive for any Acastanhada clubs. In the end, Pescam Campuhan raise their first CMFA Champions League trophy and the fifth for Pemecutan. Campuhan also become the second Pemecutanian club to ever win the competition.
