The CMFA Mandalanusa Cup or commonly known as Mandalanusa Cup or informally as MAC, is the primary association football competition contested by senior men's national teams of the member of Confederation of Mandalanusa Football Association (CMFA) to determine the regional champion of Mandalanusa. Held annually after the NS World Cup, it was originally called Malay World Cup. It went through a couple of changes before using the current name. The nickname, MAC, comes from its former name, Melayu Archipelago Cup. The nickname stays in use despite the name change.

Until the 17th edition, three countries won the most titles of 3. They are United Mandaran States with their predecessor, Pemecutan, Biyambi with their predecessor, Ziwana and the most recent, Sharktail. While about 11 nations have won the title at least once. The 8th edition was a controversial one after Trolleborg won the title of the competition, making it the only invited team and non-Mandalanusa nation to ever win the title. Non-Mandalanusa nation have been barred to join the competition ever since. The 15th and the 16th editions marked the first two competitions where the winner win in their home soil.
