NGSA Ulyanof is the football section of a multi-sports club playing in the Kelssek Football League. Its rugby section also competes in the Rugby Superleague. It was formed in 11 FE as part of a sporting modernist movement that aimed to promote good citizenship and patriotism by engaging young men in physical activity. Its many divisions are known as the training ground for many of the Olympic athletes from the province of Lupinissia.
Often known as the New Gens, the club was a founding member of the Kelssek Football League and a powerhouse of the league's early years. It won the league championship twice in seasons 31 and 32.
Following a surprise relegation from the first division in KFL63, the football section of the club went through several years of drift. It was then suspended from the Kelssek Football League between season 68 to 71 after an investigation into incidents of physical abuse and sexual assaults that took place in its youth team system over two decades. Following a purging of much of the staff found responsible for the scandal and institutional reforms enforced by Football Kelssek, the club was allowed to re-enter professional football in season 72, entering the third-tier KFL Association. NGSA won its division and automatic promotion to the KFL National in its first season returning to the league, and won promotion back to the top flight two years later by winning the KFL National playoffs.
