The Royal Quebecois Olympic Committee (왕립퀘벡신고려올림픽협회, RQOC) is the national Olympic Committee of Quebec and Shingoryeo. It is responsible for organising and overseeing the participation of delegations and athletes at the Olympic Games, the Quebecois Commonwealth Games, where they cooperate with the Imperial Sporting Council, and other multi-sports events. It is based in Joongyeong, Quebec and Shingoryeo.

1 Jacques IX has competed in fencing under domestic level in cadet, junior and senior-level competitions, but has never represented Quebec and Shingoryeo as a member of any cadet, junior or seniot national team. He, in a stance reflecting that of his status as a senior-ranked military officer, too has stood out of the national team selections in past.
2 Jacques IX, while not a past participant of Ice Hockey in competitive capacity, is marked as a hockey personnel due to his part as the President of the World Cup of Hockey Federation.
3 Sailing is the official sport that Jacques IX has competed in the Games of the X and XI Olympiads.
