The 2023-24 Central Regional Baseball League season was the 27th season of the CRBL and the first one since the founding of Ysqsylandia. This competition features clubs from what's now the southern portion of the country. The season comprised a 90-game round-robin tournament, with a play-off series featuring the top four teams.
The season finished with the Mytilene Sport Club winning the CRBL Finals over the South Coast Provincial Seagulls, 4 games to 1.
Format
The regular season had 10 teams participating in a single group, in which every team played each other 18 times, for a total of 90 games. The top four would qualify to the post-season play-offs, with best-of-seven semifinals and finals.
