The Conanian A League (abbreviated CAL) is the highest level of professional association football in Conania. It's contested between 10 clubs, with the winner granted entry to the IFCF Champions League and the two runners-up getting places in the Challengers Cup. The bottom two teams at the end of each season are relegated to the Conanian B League.
