Series B is the second level of the Darmeni football league system. It currently features 94 clubs in 8 groups of between 8 and 16 clubs. Clubs play a regular season schedule consisting of two meetings against the other clubs in their respective group, once at home and once away, ranging from 14 to 30 matches. At the end of the regular season, the champions of each group contest the Series B Championship, with the winner, runner-up and third placed clubs being promoted to Series A and qualifying for the Liga B Champions Trophy.
