Cup of Harmony 91 was an international soccer tournament held in Tikariot and The Kytler Peninsulae, forming part of the World Cup 99 cycle. Sixteen teams who did not qualify for World Cup 99 accepted invitations to participate.
Anewkansas claimed the trophy in their debut cycle, defeating Vielfaltig 4-1 in the final.

Teams were split into seeded and unseeded pots based on the 99.2 KPB+ Rankings. Each would play three seeded and three unseeded opponents; the schedule allocated codes S1 through S8 to seeded teams and U1 through U8 to unseeded teams, and the draw determined which scheduling position would be assigned to which team. As each team was drawn, the stadia in which they would play their league phase matches were revealed, along with any opponents that had already been confirmed, with the full schedule for each team then being revealed at the end of the draw.
