Tlanx-Nulzk began their coaching career in their native Qusmo with KF Qastyr, managing the club for its first three seasons, winning four domestic trophies and three league championships, and leading Qastyr to the UICA Champions' Cup quarterfinals in the club's second and third seasons. They then briefly managed the national team of Saltstead, before taking a sabbatical in the wake of widespread violence and societal collapse in Qusmo. Tlanx-Nuzlk has been named the Galacticos Manager of the Season on two occasions: first in Cycle 73, after managing KF Qastyr to a domestic league championship, topping a strong Champions' Cup group, advancing to the Champions' Cup 73 in its third year of existence; and then in Cycle 78, after managing Savigliane to the World Cup 87 finals in the team's second cycle of competition following the Event. Tlanx-Nulzk is one of two managers to have won this award on multiple occasions, along with Rohan Cammers, and they are the only manager in history to have been named the sole winner on multiple occasions, to have been named the winner at two separate teams, and to have been named the winner while managing a national team. They are the most statistically successful Qusma manager in history and are widely regarded as the greatest manager in the history of both Qusma and Savigliano football.
